One of a man’s most treasured assets is his hair, so when fundraiser Mark Oldroyd decided to shave his off, you might have called him crazy! But Mark, a trustee of Tanya’s Courage Trust, decided to make this bold statement (pardon the pun) to help raise the charities profile and much needed financial resources.
On Friday 25th of June Mark honoured his commitment and in the process managed to raise an incredible £1,355.00 for Tanya’s Courage Trust which is raising money towards teenage Cancer rooms at the Royal Cornwall hospital.
Congratulations to Mark and we hope Tanya’s Courage Trust continues to raise plenty more.
