Cricket for Hope raises over £62k!

Earlier this month, we shared with you how Cricket for Hope had raised over £22,000 in a week. Well they didn’t stop there, and have gone onto break even more records! They now raised over a staggering £62,000!

The Cricket for Hope event was held back on the 8th October and was attended by Pakistan cricket legend Imran Khan, along with current England internationals Ravi Bopara and Ajmal Shahzad.

The funds have gone to the Imran Khan Flood Relief Fund, which is helping in the relief efforts following the flooding in Pakistan earlier this year.

Huge congratulations from the Everyclick Team to CFH for their record-breaking efforts.

Cricket for Hope

In the last week, Cricket for Hope have smashed Everyclick’s fundraising records, raising over £22,000 in the past week.

No cause has ever risen so much, so quickly, so congratulations are in order!

They are holding a charity cricket tournament on the 8th of October at Lord’s Cricket Ground, in aid of the victims of the Pakistan flood crisis with money raised going toward the Imran Khan Flood Relief Fund

Cricketing legend Imran Khan, Essex captain and cricketer James Foster and Pakistan fast bowler M Akram are all due to attend.

The Imran Khan Relief Fund Charity uses all donations to relieve the suffering to the people who have had their lives impacted by the floods in Pakistan, which currently stands at an estimated 20+ million.

These people have lost their homes and livelihoods and the infrastructure has also been destroyed, including roads, bridges and buildings.

So far they have managed to raise 15% of their £150,000 target. Bravo to the fundraising team and keep up the great work!
