The small charity car draw – two weeks of selling to go

News that the extension of the small charity car draw end date means that even more charities have signed up to sell tickets and many more tickets have been sold.

For the second week running, the Battery Hen Welfare Trust have sold the highest number of tickets and second this week is Epilepsy Research UK.

Leigh Slocombe, the Chief Executive for Epilepsy Research UK, said: “The small charity car draw is a brilliant initiative that’s providing us with a very effective fundraising opportunity that we just wouldn’t have had the resources to organise on our own. We’re very grateful to the FSI for making it happen, Zurich for supplying a great prize (which I’m desperate to win myself) and Everyclick for providing the on-line facility.”

The Battery Hen Welfare trust put their success down to simply the entry they included with their August newsletter.

The small charity car draw has so far raised nearly £20,000 for charity and over 10,000 tickets have been sold to date. How many more can you sell for your charity in the next two and a half weeks?

The date that submission of all unsold tickets, ticket stubs, money and returns forms to the FSI remains the same; 11th September, although the last date for all ticket sales is now the 4th September.
